With more than 20 years of experience in managing rental properties, her expertise is invaluable to her clients!  Alicia has been a Licensed Broker since 1986, and showcases a strong background in all areas of Real Estate Management and Sales.  She has helped her clients year after year by not only managing their investment properties, but also in representing them in the purchase and sale of their investment portfolios, and 1031 Exchanges.

Alicia earned her designation as a Residential Management Professional (RMP®) through the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®) and has been at a professional level for many years.  She served as the 2008 President to the Board of Directors for the Nashville Chapter of NARPM® and has also served in other roles as the Past-President, Vice-President & Program Coordinator, Secretary, and Education Chair.  Through her tireless service and dedication to NARPM® along with furthering her education, Alicia has set the standard for what it is to be a professional!  You’re in capable hands with Alicia Brim!
