For 16 years, Alicia has been managing single family and multi-family homes in the Middle TN area. She is a member of NARPM®  (National Association of Residential Property Mangers) and the NARPM®  Nashville Chapter President 2008.
Nashville still has a good economy and appreciation factor compared to other parts of the country.  A good portion of her business is derived from people relocating to the Middle Tennessee area.
